Let’s try something entirely different for a change. Something constructive rather than controversial. I feel much better bringing things to your attention that I know people are capable of changing for the better. I still want the best for my fellow Americans. So I am refraining from any political or controversial issues with this article, I hope! I bet you didn’t think Farmer Jim had this in him. Maybe I’m right or maybe I am wrong. I am a farmer given the nickname of “Farmer Jim”. As a retired VP of a construction company and a real estate investment company, I am really very conservative with money. I am very thrifty and save money as well for those unexpected situations. My past experiences in the workforce has given me a “Jack of All Trades” status. I am a farmer, mechanic, carpenter, plumber, heavy equipment operator, computer tech, webmaster, photographer, welder, electrician and much more, I also make videos and edit them for the farm.

I am not one that wants to create Panic with the old “The Sky is Falling” or “Dooms Day” theology but, you need to know this information so you can make your own conclusions to what is taking place in our country of the United States and the world. Get outside your comfort zone, think on your own and make your conclusions, you can not allow the government thugs and government controlled media to do your thinking for you. Be prepared for the Worse and Hope for the Best, doing the things we need to do to make the Best happen.

This article is directed to our friends, present supporters and to everyone that will consider to be a supporter of the Lighthouse Food Farm. We grow fresh vegetables and fruits to donate to soup kitchens, food banks, and individuals that run out of money paying their bills before getting to the grocery store, helping feed hungry Americans. All vegetables and fruits are organically grown. We raise a spring crop of the normal spring vegetables and during the winter we grow greens like kale, turnip greens, collards and curly mustard.

… many Christians have either lost part or all of their faith in the Lord as a result of getting hit with some severe torpedo shots. And unless you have a full understanding and a full knowledge as to why God will sometimes allow bad things to happen to good people in this life, you can have your personal, faith levels in the Lord shaken to its very core depending on the level of intensity and severity of the storm cloud that may have just struck you.

As an American Patriot, I wish each and every American a Happy 4th of July. Here’s wishing you have a very safe and fun celebration of the America we use to have. Unfortunately, if the people of America do not wake up and Stand Up for our Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence, we may not be able to celebrate another 4th of July in Freedom. First I would like to Thank my Mom for turning me on to this recipe. She pulled this switch on me and after I was eating the cobbler… she asked how I liked it (knowing how much I love apple pie and apple cobbler). Of course, I loved it and then… she told me it was made with Zuchinni. What a wonderful way to enjoy Zuchinni! So, as I promised, here is a recipe made with Zuchinni that tastes like Apple Cobbler.
