Where were the South Carolinians when this took place?

Here is the section that Alex Jones is quoting in the video:

“SECTION 23-29-60 – Registration of members of subversive and foreign-controlled organizations.”

“Every member of a subversive organization, or an organization subject to foreign control, every foreign agent and every person who advocates, teaches, advises or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, of this State or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means, who resides, transacts any business or attempts to influence political action in this State, shall register with the Secretary of State on the forms and at the times prescribed by him.”

“SECTION 23-29-90 - Penalties.”

“Any organization or person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisonment for not more than ten years, or by both fine and imprisonment.”

How could we allow this legislation to go into law and abolish the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and our Constitution of the United States?  Have they thrown it all away?

And they did this for what? Is it that our Government wants Total Contol?

They are also trying to Pass This Law in the State of Virginia.

It’s coming my friends, I have warned you many times. Everyone thought I was losing my mind, now it is revealing itself.

What I want to know, is how the people of South Carolina and the United States could allow something like this to happen?

Has the government kept you so busy when they made choices that kept our economy bad, that you were too busy to Pay Attention?

The government of South Carolina must think we are all ignorant. They want us to volunteer to Register, so they can call us a “Terrorist” and lock us up on the spot.

In my opinion, this is the first steps of “Martial Law” taking place. Not to mention the “FEMA Concentration Camps“.

What are you going to do? Are you going to allow this to stand or will you do your part as a South Carolinian? Use what rights we have left to stop this communism and facism?

Think about it, didn’t “Adolf Hitler” do this to the Jews? You must do your research on him to learn exactlty what is going on in the United States of America.

In my opinion… History seems to be repeating itself, but it is happening in our Great Land called the United States of America.

What has happened to our Great American Spirit? Has it died with our economy?

A BILL

TO REPEAL CHAPTER 29, TITLE 23 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES REGISTRATION ACT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 29, Title 23 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
