Article below was Written by Johnny Thompson

As you read this remember that if 20 or more states join together to nullify anything passed by the federal government, the federal government will be unable to enforce that law by any means.

Jefferson and Madison declared that states had the authority to nullify federal law that they (that state) deemed unconstitutional. Jefferson and Madison said nothing about the Supreme Court making the decision because we are sovereign states that are suppose to be independent in all issues internal to that state.

This article was written to get people to work at the state level and create a party in every state that is strong enough to force their state politicians to form a coalition of state governments to stand together and demand a return to the Constitution. If enough states pass the same law regarding a national amendment the federal government will have no choice by law but to implement the new amendment.

The federal government was made as an agent for the states, not the other way around. It is time the federal government return to it’s Constitutionally granted powers, and no more. It is time the states regain the powers they once had by the Constitution.

The purpose of this article is not to cause trouble; Instead the goal is to get the states to stand up together and nullify issues that are unconstitutional, and demand that the federal government return to the Constitution.

This can be done in legal ways, but we have to get the states to understand that;

  • The ruling of the Supreme Court in 1942, on the Filburn case was Unconstitutional.
  •  Our Constitution limits the authority of the federal government to the issues that are specifically listed in the Constitution, with any addition that may have been put in by an Amendment.
  • That the federal government has no authority over anything that is internal to a state, and does not affect other states directly; Such as Gay Marriage, Religion, Firearms, Resources (energy, food, and environment for example), Water ways (non-navigable), Commerce within the state, health care.
  • With the federal government limited by the Constitution all taxes can be lowered, and the economy of the entire nation will flourish.
  • The Supremacy Clause doesn’t give the federal government authority over everything, it only gives the federal government authority over issues specifically granted to them.
  • The Supremacy Clause also only grants the treaty making authority to the federal government over issues that they have ‘authority’ over by the Constitution. (Example; since they were not granted authority over firearms by the Constitution, they have no treaty making authority over firearms in any way).

We do not accept the new interpretations of the Constitution, but instead we believe in the original intent, along with any legal amendments that have been made.

We do not accept the Constitution as a document whose meaning changes over time because if that were the case there would be no need to be able to make amendments to it, and there would be no need for a Constitution in the first place if our legislatures have the authority to change the meanings as they chose.
